Two part room cure epoxy armature balancing compound

BC-24 is a two-part epoxy balancing compound for use in weight addition balancing of electric motor armatures. BC-24 has a smooth, fibrous, putty-like consistency, which keeps the compound from migrating during the balancing process.

The two parts of the putty, parts A and B, are mixed 1:1 by volume or by weight. The Blue Part A and the Yellow Part B are easily mixed by hand until the color is a consistent Green. The BC-24 may then be placed on the motor armature as indicated until the armature is in balance.

The working life of the mixed BC-24 is approximately 15 minutes depending upon mass and temperature. In 30 minutes, BC-24 cures to a solid, which resists moisture and solvents.
