Moisture cure urethane adhesive

UR2120 [aka 'DeathGrip'] is our version of the ‘Great Ape’ adhesive but can be purchased in larger quantities than the competitive product. UR2120 is a single part moisture cure urethane adhesive used in structural applications. Its main uses are on wood to wood and wood to aluminum applications. The product has a viscosity of about 4,000 cps. Cure is affected by reacting with ambient moisture in the air and in the substrates. In dry climates, water misting of the substrates is sometimes required. The UR2120 foams slightly upon exposure to the moisture and will fill small gaps. Handling strength is achieved in about 30 minutes and the adhesive is dry to the touch in about 60 minutes.
